A new dynamic and economical artistic lighting with Citelum

The illumination of the fountain of Monseigneur-Tissier square in Châlons-en-Champagne was designed to reduce the city’s energy bill and to secure the installation.

Citelum’s teams have brought up to standard the electric installation of the jet of water and replaced the 9 high-consumption projectors.

With a consumption of 50 watts each compared to 1,000 watts for the old ones, the new LED projectors will enable the city to achieve 93% of energy savings.

They will also be used to create colorful scenarios as seasons go by and to animate Châlons-en-Champagne’s events.

This new device was revealed to inhabitants during Heritage Days this past 16th and 17th September.
