FINANCING SOLUTIONS: DESIGNED TO SUPPORT URBAN DEVELOPMENT
There are two potential financing solutions available, depending on the contract type:
- The ‘partnership contract’, which gives a town the option of repaying the work undertaken in the form of rent payments. This solution applies to projects valued at over €10 m.
- The ESCO model, which represents no cost to the town and incorporates a series of energy performance objectives. Citelum is committed to achieving results with the town, funds the project, sets it up and makes its money back through the energy savings achieved. This solution is available to all projects, regardless of their value.
