For the past 5 years in Ahmedabad, Citelum has been managing the 180,000 lighting points of the city and renovated over 100,000 of them using LED technology.
Beyond the street lighting management, our teams enabled the largest city of the Gujarat State to cut by half the number of complaints, but also to outreach the best international standards regarding the quality of call centers (that is less than 3% of missed calls and 100% of those being called back).
Following those excellent results, the 8.5 million inhabitants’ city decided to renew its trust towards Citelum during 5 more years for the street lighting comprehensive management contract (including the operations, maintenance and the additional works).
These works will be backed by the evolution of the call center that will keep on modernizing and where the teams will still be reachable 24/7 through different ways: phone, mobile application, dedicated software…
Based on its strong knowledge of the Indian market, Citelum has also been chosen by EDF IN (International Networks) to escort the deployment, installation, operations and maintenance of 500,000 smart meters for 1 year and for the exclusive maintenance during 7 years of 2,500,000 in the State of Bihar.
This service agreement will enable those two EDF’s subsidiaries to strengthen the synergy with the Group but also to reinforce its presence in the country.
